I am 29 yrs old.
I had a hysterectomy in 2007 for severe dysplasia.
Ever since, my right ovary has had constant pain.
It is worse when I am ovulating. I am finally at my ropes end from going circles with doctors.
I have an appt with dr. #4 next week.
My current doctor has ordered ultrasounds many times to look into the issue and small masses have been found but never explored.
He says they are functional cysts and the pain could be from scaring from my surgery. After many yearly visits and the question "why did we do surgery again?" (by the doctor) I decided it was time for a new dr.
I am hoping #4 will help me out.
Other symptoms I have been dealing with are:
**Bloated and gassy feeling: This is relatively new (meaning in the past year). My stomach always feels bloated and it is exptremely unconfortable to wear fitting clothes. Some pains feel like a sharp knife stabbing me, Only last a second but happens more often now.
**Extremely Fatigued: I feel like I cant get enough rest. Having a hard time focusing and staying awake.
I used to be so energetic and outgoing. Now I have zero energy.
**Bladder hurts: I feel like I have an infection all of the time but everything comes out ok.
Bladder hurts when full.
Sometimes it never has a chance to get full before the urge hits.
Constantly running to the bathroom.
**Constant pressure in my lower abdomen.
**Pain during sex. This is almost always.
**Gaining weight but my activity level is up and my calories are down. :S
**Anxiety: my chest always feel tight and sometimes hurts when I breath. Very odd.
Not much to drive this.
**Constant mild headaches: I used to never have headaches.
**Cramping: like menstration but I have no uterus.
**Hurts to ride in a vehicle for long periods of time.
My lower right pelvic area starts aching really bad.
**Lower back pain, like it is my kidney.
I am at a loss.
Has anyone ever delt with this before? My family history is rich with serious female problems.
