Am 30 year old male.  My RBC is 2-4 HPF in urine R&M test.  All other parameters are normal.   What does it means?

Gaurav,

This means you have red blood cells present in your urine also called hematuria(blood in urine). You should consult with a urologist anytime you have hematuria, this can be a symptom of something more significant. For example Kidney Stones, Bladder Cancer, Prostatitis, Kidney Cancer and many more. Do not dismiss this as insignificant , sometimes our body will give us just 1 warning sign to see a Dr before the condition becomes serious. A cystoscopy is warranted for hematuria, this is a fiber optic camera that the urologist will introduce into the penis after a numbing medicine is instilled to alleviate pain, so they may visualize your lower urinary tract.(penis, prostate and bladder) Good luck !
