Can Colon Cancer Be Removed By Removing One Of Your Intestines?

Possibly, but the entire intestine does not need to be removed.
They will typically remove a section of the intestine on both sides of the tumor and any possibly affected lymph nodes during surgery.

The results of microscopic examination of the tissues removed will determine the need for, and extent of, further medical intervention, in the form or chemotherapy and/or radiation.

Only if it is your large intestine and that is not necessary if it is early stage. Sometime all that is needed is a polypectomy other times just a portion is removed.
